A New Born Baby Disappeared Under The Care Of A Nurse On Duty

A new born baby is Missing in PENIEL MATERNITY and CLINIC popularly known as (Mummy's hospital) Anyigba in Dekina LGA - Kogi State.

According to Fitumi a relative to the husband from Ofakaga no. II in Ofu LGA disclosed to our reporter that, the baby was delivered early hour of today and

went missing after few hours. She added that, the child was under the care of the nurse on duty before the sudden disappearance of the child.

When the Nurse got interrogated, she couldn't explain vividly how it occurred but saw a lady with hijab in a flash and was taken to Anyigba Police station for official investigation.

In our separate interviewed with the mother, Joy Idah Mudi disclosed that, she didn't see her child before she got missed because of the improper arrangement of the Maternity. Added that, they put her in a separate ward and latter heard this ungodly information.

The police officers returned back to the scene of the incident for more information.

An eye witnessed said

The Mummy as they popularly called the owner of the center “She's not to be blamed.... I was there yesterday n asked so many questions about the incident...The mother in-law was there with two women in hijab. Mummy went to clean the woman n left the new born baby with the mother in-law n two women in hijab. On their return the two women in hijab disappeared with the new born baby. Mummy took herself to police station to report what happen and was held there.... The mother in-law is to be question about the baby.”
